Good yellow cake! Lots of sweet treat options! Didn't get any normal food, but I liked the cupcakes! A little too much dark chocolate frosting on the Boston cream.

Cozy place with good cupcakes. Staff and owner very nice! Would highly recommend for visitors.

Came to Saratoga for a weekend and this place was literally highlight of my trip! Amazing cakes, good job!

Choking down my birthday cupcake as I write this. Need lots of milk- they're stale (general consensus of my guests is " at least three days in the case"). This has happened twice now with cupcakes, and once with a full cake. Their price is in line with fresh baked stuff, so it seems reasonable to expect that that's what you get every time. If I ever go again, I'll be sure to ask when the items were baked before buying.

Brought home some of their delicious scones. Picked up 2 ham and swiss cheese paninis. They were great.

I have food allergies. That makes many cafes off-limits, but not here! The staff (Mary) was extremely helpful in answering my Facebook messages quickly and accurately and I and my family (no allergies) all had an amazing lunch!

I arrived hungry and jet-lagged, and left smiling and sated. Ordered a hot, freshly-made breakfast sandwich, which I could barely finish (delicious and very filling!). I especially loved the ambience of the outdoor seating area, looking out onto Congress Park.

Picked up our 40th Wedding Anniversary cake last Saturday for our party. Everyone including me was raving about the cake....yellow cake with raspberry filliing and lemon frosting. And did I mention that the cake was beautiful!

I came here in search of something sweet. I walked in and there and there was a customer ahead of me being helped so I checked out the variety of treats as I patiently waited my turn. There was a worker that came out and replenished some items but didn't speak or acknowledge my presence. A woman walks in and the worker I spotted previously replenishing items immediately acknowledges her and helps her with an order. I immediately exit and will never return for this type of service.

Nice little spot in Saratoga Springs for breakfast and lunch. Great food! Pictured- the “rice bowl”- two eggs over easy, over homemade black bean salsa, avocado and brown rice. Not pictured was the chicken, bacon and ranch sandwich. Delicious as well. Kids loved the cinnamon swirl French toast. Blood orange juice was our favorite juice. Will come back again.

Didn't try the baked goods because I am vegan, but everything looked good. I ordered a hummus sandwich, which was rather pricey for what I got, and the heavy 5 grain bread seemed stale, the sandwich fell apart as I ate it. I had a groupon for $20 worth of food for $10, and $20 bought a sandwich, small bag of chips and a loaf of bread. I'm not sure the bread will be eaten, it seems pretty dense and weighs a ton. It was probably not too fresh on top of that.

Finally got around to checking this place out today. The aesthetics are adorable. Inside and out it almost feels like a hobbit home. They have a variety of quiches. I had the spinach, which was buttery, crispy, and superb. There was also broccoli and ham/cheese. A wide selection of cupcakes are displayed under glass as they should be because they are treasures. I had the Boston Cream. The rich chocolate topping rivaled Mrs London's best. The cake part could use a hair more cream but was still delightful. They also have a bunch of breads and a good artisanal soda selection. The birch beer is top notch!Friendly staff and good food! Just wish it was open a little later.

The place is adorable and the food was good . A little thrown off that the meat on the hot sandwiches was served cold. Soup was not visible and the counter lady didn't know how to say or not what was in it! What I assume is the manager was sitting at a table and also didn't know what was in the soup, she said but it's good tho!!! 👍 Got some silent attitude when asked for a straw!! Everyone who walked in the door was confused about where to go and what to do. I think the manager and employee we're too busy chatting and reading text to greet patrons properly!! It was a weird place.. Not at all what I was expecting from the atmosphere!! The Bread was phenomenal!! Would come back, just not stay! Pick up only for this girl!!

I want to love this bakery - it's adorable and the staff are always very helpful. But it is so hit or miss for us. We've dropped in randomly and had awesome cupcakes. Then other times we order cakes for special occasions and the cake has the consistency of an old muffin... it isn't light or moist it's actually dense and lacks flavor. The frosting however is delicious and the decorations are always beautifully done. They're so close to being a really good bakery. Hit or miss unfortunately

Been literally trying to call them all day long to order a cake for my son’s birthday next week. It lists them as open but apparently they don’t need the business since they NEVER ever pick up the phone. Ridiculous! You lost our business

The Cuban sandwich is delicious! They have a great assortment of cupcakes that my wife and kids loved. The staff is friendly and we're great with the kids. The Blaze has a nice outdoor deck with comfortable seating. It took a while for them to make the sandwiches, but that's because they make them all from scratch on the spot. Highly recommended for visitors and locals alike!

We ordered two pies for Thanksgiving this year - hands down the BEST pumpkin pie and coconut cream pie I have ever eaten! Incredible!

A great little place with a wonderful selection of food items at a great price point. The food was very delicious and they are dog-friendly which is a plus. Overall loved the place it's definitely worth a stop while you're in the area.

One of the cutest and yummy spots in Saratoga. Great coffee, healthy food options, and a super cute atmosphere make this a great place to stop. Grab a coffee and take a walk in the park or around town!

Hubby and I stopped here for a pre-Travers day breafast of their magnificent pastries - cheese danish and chocolate almond pastry are so delightful and delicious. We stopped here with the intention of getting sandwiches for our day at Saratoga but were enticed by the very appetizing pastries. We were elated as we savored our respective choices. Hubby likes his cheese danish. I love chocolate so . . . chocolate croissant. We can’t wait to devour the sandwiches. Mary the manager and the staff here are beyond accommodating and friendly . . . well . . . just delightful. The bread basket is across from the southwest side of Congress Park at the top of the hill. If you are walking into town from the track, stop here. There is no need to walk into town yet. Sit on the front porch and enjoy the very smooth coffee and a pastry or breakfast sandwich or lunch. I can’t say enough nice things about this gem.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Called 2 weeks ago to order a birthday cake for Jan. 2. Asked twice if they were going to be open that day and I was told yes. Called today (the Friday before) to confirm my order and was told they may not be open and that they would call me back to let me know what the hours would be. Received a phone call 10 minutes later stating that they would be closed and that they decided to not open just then. How is that fair? Make the decision ahead of time. Now, with the holiday weekend approaching, we are out of options. What a wonderful way to treat your customers! I will never go back!

They have amazing bread, cakes and etc! I recently purchased food and a cake for a party and they are reasonable priced. The food was delicious! And the cake was one the BEST CAKES I'VE EVER HAD! It was super moist and fresh! I would highly recommend them for your next birthday party or small get together! I cannot wait to go back!

An amazing place to get food. Their food is fresh every morning. While their pastries are to die for, try their savory food too because it's delicious. There's hardly any wait for food, but sometimes it can be busy. There is indoor and outdoor seating with a nice view of Congress Park. There's not a lot of it though so you may need to fight for seating, but you can also take your food to go and bring it across the street for a picnic!

According to my connoisseur children, this bakery makes the best cake pops ever :) They also have fantastic sandwich and soup options, plus very quaint indoor ambiance and lots of indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the fountains of Congress Park. The employees are friendly and helpful in a way that offers the perfect small-town feel.There is parking in the rear of the building. They serve breakfast and lunch, and close at 4 pm, so if you want to visit don't wait for dinner!
